1. General terms and conditions
1.1. The goods that are sold in online store Pyramidproducts.co are sold by Pyramid Products OÜ company (hereinafter referred as Products).

1.2. The conditions apply to legal relations between the buyer (hereinafter referred to as Buyer) and the Pyramidproducts.co website owner Pyramid Products OÜ (hereinafter referred to as Online store) when Products are bought from the Online Store. In addition to these Terms and Conditions, legal relations arising from the purchase of Products in the Online Store are governed by the legislation of the Republic of Estonia.

1.3. The Seller may change the terms of use of the online store and the prices of the products without further notice. The change notice is published in the online store www.pyramidproducts.co environment. The transaction is subject to the terms and prices applicable at the time of the transaction.

2. Prices
2.1. All the prices in the Online store are in Euros. The Seller is not subject to VAT.

2.2. Prices in the Online store can differ from the prices of Products sold in the other places.

3. Products
3.1. Products that are shown in the Online store, are typically available in stock.

3.2. If we cannot deliver the ordered goods due to stock running out or for any other reason, the Buyer will be informed as soon as possible and the money paid (including the shipping cost) will be refunded promptly.

3.3. All pictures in the online store are shown for illustration purpose and may slightly differ from the actual product.

4. Placing an order
4.1. The Buyer adds the desired products to the shopping basket by clicking on the Add to basket button.

4.2. In order to the place the order the buyer should move to the My basket page and choose Order and Pay for the menu bar.

4.3. After filling all the required fields, the Buyer should confirm the order by clicking the Confirm and Pay button. After this, the order is sent to the Seller.

4.4. The Buyer can pay for the order via online bank transfer or using other payment method and confirms the payment to the Seller by Return to the Sellers page button.

4.5. After the order is paid, Online store will send the confirmation e-mail to the Buyer.

4.6. The Buyer is obliged to fill in the accurate information while placing the order.

4.7. The Seller is not responsible for the incorrectly filled date while delivering the order.

4.8. The Seller has the right to waive the performance of the order if there is any doubt about the accuracy of the information provided to the Seller and the behaviour that does not conform to good practice.

5. Payment options
5.1. Orders can be safely paid via Estonian bank links (Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, LHV, Coop) and credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro). It is also possible to pay via bank transfer.

5.2. Payment is made outside the online store environment in the secure payment environment of Maksekeskus AS. Processing of the personal data is described in Privacy Policy.

5.3. The Seller does not have access to the Buyer’s bank data and credit card information.

5.4 Pyramid Products OÜ is responsible for processing the personal data, and Pyramid Products OÜ transfers the personal data necessary for the execution of payments to the authorized processor Maksekeskus AS.

6. Registration at the online store
6.1 Seller does not ask to register before making the purchase from https://pyramidproducts.co/. The purchase can be made by filling in the necessary fields when paying.
7. Delivery
7.1. The Buyer can choose between different ways of delivering the Product. The delivery time of the product depends on the postal service chosen by the Buyer. The following terms of delivery are applicable to delivery in Estonia.

7.2. By choosing Omniva parcel delivery method as a delivery method, the Product reaches the parcel terminal chosen by the Buyer within 5 working days after sending the order confirmation to the Buyer’s e-mail address.
Upon receipt of the product at the parcel terminal, the Buyer shall be informed by an SMS message containing the door code, the location of the parcel terminal and the expiry of the deposit term.

The Buyer is obliged to arrive within 7 days after receiving the SMS. After this deadline, the Product will be returned to the E-store. If the Buyer does not go to the Product within the aforementioned term, the online store will not reimburse the cost of the Products ordered to the Buyer and the costs related to the shipment.

7.3. The Buyer is required to retain the notification specified in clause 7.2. up to 14 days until the deadline for submitting the complaint.

7.4. By choosing Post office as the delivery method, the Product will arrive at the chosen Post office within 5 working days after sending the order confirmation to the Buyer’s e-mail address. Upon receipt of the product at the parcel terminal, the Buyer shall be informed by an SMS message containing the door code, the location of the parcel terminal and the expiry of the deposit term.

The Buyer is obliged to arrive within 14 days after receiving the SMS. After this deadline, the Product will be returned to the E-store. If the Buyer does not go to the Product within the aforementioned term, the online store will not reimburse the cost of the Products ordered to the Buyer and the costs related to the shipment.

7.5. By choosing Courier as the delivery method, the Product will arrive at the chosen address within 5 working days after sending the order confirmation to the Buyer’s e-mail address. Courier will contact the Buyer to set the convinient time of delivery. In the case of faliure of delivery the Product will be sent to the closest Post Office ant the Buyer will be informed via e-mail or mail.

The Buyer is obliged to arrive within 14 days after receiving the SMS. After this deadline, the Product will be returned to the E-store. If the Buyer does not go to the Product within the aforementioned term, the online store will not reimburse the cost of the Products ordered to the Buyer and the costs related to the shipment.

7.6. If the Buyer has placed the order on the weekend (between Friday after 17:00 and Monday at 08:00) or on public holidays, the 5 working day period shall apply at 08:00 on the first working day following the weekend or public holiday.

7.7. The Buyer is obliged to verify the accuracy of the contact data submitted before the order is placed in order to avoid delays and misunderstandings in the delivery of the Products. The Seller shall not be liable for any delays or misunderstandings in the delivery of the Products, if the delay or misunderstanding is due to the inaccuracy of the data submitted by the Buyer upon placing the order.

7.8. If the Product does not reach the Buyer in a good condition or in a closed package, the Buyer has to inform the online by sending a corresponding letter to the e-mail address: info@pyramidproducts.co or by calling +372 58 058 055.

7.9. Maximum delivery time can be up to 30 business days. Depending on which country the delivery is made.

7.10. Pyramid Producs delivers to Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania. Also it is possible to deliver to EU countries and other countries.

8. Order return and replacement
8.1. Upon receipt of the Product, the Buyer has the right to withdraw from the Agreement concluded in the e-shop within 14 days.

8.2. The right of withdrawal does not apply if the Buyer is a legal person.

8.3. In order to exercise the 14-day right of return, the ordered goods may not be used in any other way than is necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods as they are permitted to be tested in the physical shop.

8.4. If the goods have been used for any purpose other than that necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods or show signs of use or wear, the Seller has the right to reduce the refund according to the value of the goods.

8.5. To return the goods, Buyer must submit a withdrawal application and send it to hello@pyramidproducts.co within 14 days of receipt of the goods. Please include your order number, name and reason why you want to return or change the goods.

8.6. The cost of returning the goods is borne by the Buyer, unless the reason for the return is the fact that the thing to be returned does not correspond to the ordered one (eg. a wrong or defective item).

8.7. The Buyer must return the goods within 14 days of the submission of the application or provide proof that he/she has delivered the goods to the carrier within the aforementioned period.

8.8. Upon receipt of the returned goods, the Seller shall return to the Buyer immediately, but not later than 14 days after the receipt of the withdrawal application, all fees received from the Buyer under the Agreement.

8.9. The Seller may refuse to make refunds as long as the subject matter of the Agreement has been returned or until the Buyer has provided evidence that the item has been returned, whichever comes first.

8.10. If the Buyer has expressly opted for a method of delivery other than the cheapest ordinary way of delivery offered by the Seller, the Online Store does not have to return to the consumer an expense that exceeds the cost associated with the usual delivery method.

8.11. The Seller has the right to withdraw from the sale and demand the goods from the Buyer if the price of the goods in the online store is significantly below the market price of the goods.

9. Procedure for filing claims
9.1. The 2-year term for filing the complaints provided for in Law of Obligations Act § 218 (2) applies to the Products sold.

9.2. In case of non-conformity or deficiencies of the Product, the Buyer undertakes to inform the Seller immediately, but not later than within 14 days after the occurrence of the error, by sending the buyer’s contact details, the exact description of the problem and the purchase receipt number to info@pyramidproducts.co. If there is a defect in the product, please stop using the product immediately.

9.3. All complaints will be reviewed, and the Buyer will be contacted as soon as possible, but not later than within 15 days of receipt of the complaint.

9.4. Within the first six months from delivery of the item to the Customer, it is assumed that the defect already existed at the time of delivery. Rejection of this presumption is the responsibility of the Seller. In the event of a claim being filed, the costs related to the repair of the thing or the replacement of the thing, in particular transport, postal, work, travel and material expenses, shall be borne by the seller during the first six months (Law of Obligations Act § 222 (4)). In the next 1.5 years, the Seller will only bear the costs if the claim was justified.9.5. The consumer has the right to require the Seller to reduce the purchase price of the Product or to terminate the contract and to refund the money for the goods, if the Seller is unable to repair or replace the product, the repair or replacement of the product fails, the Seller has not eliminated the defect within a reasonable time, consumer has to tolerate unjustified inconvenience.

9.6. The Buyer can rely on the legal remedies provided by law, including the requirement to perform the contract conditions, lower the price, demand compensation and terminate the contract in case of non-compliance with the contract.

9.7. If the Product is not in conformity with the terms of the Contract, the Seller shall bear the costs related to the replacement of the Product, in particular transport, postal, work, travel and material expenses.

9.8. The Seller shall not be liable for any damage resulting from the unintended use of the ordered products, as well as for delay in delivery, if this is due to circumstances beyond the Seller’s control and/or due to force majeure.

9.9. The Seller shall not compensate to the Buyer the expenses incurred in case of non-conformity or defects of the Product and shall not be liable for: if the Product is damaged by the fault of the Buyer, the defects are caused by the unintended use of the Product, there is no document certifying the purchase.

10. Responsibility
10.1. The Seller and the Buyer shall be liable to each other for any damage caused to the other party by violation of these Terms of Use in the cases and to the extent provided for in the legislation of the Republic of Estonia

10.2. The Seller is responsible for the extent of sales price of the Product.

10.3. The Buyer undertakes the responsibility to use the service of online store only for purposes consistent with law and good practice.

11. Terms of Use and their modification
11.1. By registering or making a purchase in the online store, the Buyer agrees to the Terms of Use of the online store and undertakes to comply with them.

11.2. The Seller and the Buyer enter into the sales contract from the receipt of the purchase amount payable to the Seller’s current account.

11.3. The Seller has the right to waive the performance of the order if the price of the Product displayed in the E-Shop was erroneous due to a technical error.

12. Other Conditions
12.1. Disagreements between the Buyer and the Seller shall be resolved by negotiation.

12.2. If the Seller has refused to settle the Consumer’s complaint or the Consumer disagrees with the solution offered by the Seller and finds that his or her rights have been violated, the Consumer may file a complaint with the Consumer Protection Board through the Consumer Protection Board or the court. The Commission’s appeal is free to the consumer and the value of the transaction must be over 20 euros. The consumer may file a complaint himself or herself through a representative. The data of the Consumer Protection Committee are available on the website of the Consumer Protection Board, to address problems arising in the European Union Member States.

13. Coupons and discount codes
13.1. Coupons and promotional codes of PYRAMID PRODUCTS OÜ can be used in the e-shop by entering the coupon code in the corresponding place on the cashier page.

13.2. Coupons can be obtained by participating in different campaigns.

13.3. The coupon can give you a discount on the price of the product in the online store, the discount on transport, free shipping, and more.
